白色吊装带缝合层数

白色扁平吊装带是市面上常见的一种吊装带，因其价格便宜而被广泛使用，常规白色吊装带都是4层缝合而成，但是在实际使用中还有多种形式的白色吊装带使用。今天我来介绍一下。

单层捆绑带

1.单层白色合成纤维吊装带，如图所示：

这种单层吊装带不具备吊装功能，只用于捆扎，而且以25mm带皮（1吨扁平白色吊装带织带）为主，其他宽度的带皮，比如30mm,50mm宽度的织带带皮很少用于捆扎，主要用于一些对于吊装不严格的场合。

另外单层吊装带带皮还被用于做成拴紧器又叫捆绑器，如下图所示：

捆绑器主要用于货车，货物的捆绑作用。

两层一次性吊装带

2.双层白色起重吊装带，如图所示：

这种吊装带也可以叫做EC-B型吊装带，缝制成一个圈圈，没有环眼。这种吊装带可以进行吊装，但是用的不多，除非客户有这种要求的情况下才做。一般吊装带厂家不会做这种吊装带的库存。

四层起重吊装带

3.4层白色扁平起重吊装带，如图所示：

这种白色扁平吊装带是常规吊装带，市面上卖的多，应用的也多，主要用于起重吊装，这种吊装带不在详细说明，有兴趣的可以查看白色吊装带规格详细了解。

六层白色扁平吊装带

4.6层白色扁平吊装带，如图所示：

6层白色扁平吊装带很难缝制，因为它的厚度已经达到了18mm左右，缝纫机缝纫起来已经很困难，一般吊装带生产厂家都不会去做这种，当然有的吊装带厂家有非常熟练的缝纫工或者设备非常先进，可以做一些，但是并不会大量生产，毕竟质量上不好把控。

白色吊装带不属于柔性吊装带，他们属于不同的吊装产品。相比于扁平彩色吊装带来说，他的安全系数多能达到4倍，其大规格只能达到10吨，属于低端非标产品，不能使用现有的行业标准来衡量。
