Double Precision Mitre Saw  

铝门窗精密切割锯LJZ2-500 × 4200用于铝门窗及幕墙型材的切割。  

进给系统采用进口直线导轨副，精度高、寿命长。气液阻尼缸保证锯片进给均匀，运动平稳。  

活动机头移动采用大导程滚珠丝杠运动形式，传动精度高，定位准确，工作平稳。  

采用数控技术可完成不同规格尺寸的型材自动下料，两锯片可自动转换角度，实现 22.5 °、 45 °、 90 °型材的角度切割。  

LJZ2-500 × 4200 Numerical Control Double Precision Mitre Saw is used for cutting profiles of alu-door-window and curtain wall.  

Feeding system adopts imported linear guide rail pair, hi-precision and long life. Air-liquid damping cylinder assures blade feeding is even and running is stable.  

Adjustable head moving adopts steep-lead ballscrew sports type,hi-precision transmission, accurate locating and stable running.  

Adopt numerical control technology to accomplish different size profiles cutting

 automatically, two blades can change angle automatically to achieve 22.5 °、
